Purchases made from our company are subject to the following conditions.

Cancellations, Order Changes, Out of Stock

Orders are processed by our third party fulfillment centre as soon as they are received, so we cannot cancel or change an order once you receive an email or SMS confirmation. If any items are out of stock we will refund those items and ship the rest of your order.

If you made a mistake on your order you can place a new order for the correct item, then return the original item for a refund according to our Returns Policy as long as the item is not tried on.

International Purchases

We ship to UK and Europe from our Barnstaple, Devon distribution center in England.

Please be aware that orders under 150 Euros shipped from the UK to the EU are now inclusive of EU VAT, and should be delivered free of any additional VAT/Customs/handling charges. If you do receive a demand for taxes on an order under 150 Euros (including shipping), please send us a photo of the receipt by email.

Order shipped outside of the UK and EU may be charged customs import duties, taxes, and handling fees. The prices shown will have the UK 20% VAT removed. These taxes are the responsibility of the customer to pay and cannot be reimbursed by Body Aware. Packages that are returned marked RTS (Return To Sender) due to refusing delivery or not paying customs fees will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus postage costs incurred.

Shipping times vary considerably from country to country, depending on the local delivery service. Typically, most packages sent by regular airmail are received within 1-3 weeks.

Please be aware that when customs clearance procedures occur, delays can be caused beyond our original delivery estimates.

Ordering from the USA Site

Orders placed through the USA site ship from the USA. You may be charged VAT or customs taxes and collection fees upon import, there is no free shipping, and delivery time is usually one to two weeks depending on customs. We recommend ordering from the UK site.

Any use of XDress Inc's images or marks without written permission is strictly prohibited, and XDress Inc will aggressively enforce its intellectual property rights to the full extent of the law. This includes uses of names that could cause confusion by their similarity to "XDress".
  • XDress Inc will not tolerate trademark infringement by use of our trademarks or names in meta tags and/or hidden text for the purposes of gaining higher rankings from search engines.
