Orders from the European Union

EU Taxes & Duties (for orders placed on 23 August 2022 or later)

For orders under 150 Euros placed within the EU, all import taxes and customs fees are added at checkout, and the goods are sent DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). Note that at checkout you will also see the 20% UK VAT has been deducted, so you will only be prepaying the EU VAT.

Please be sure to keep your order under 150 Euros otherwise you are likely to be charged the import tax again on delivery.

If you feel that an error has been made with your prepaid fees, or are charged tax on delivery within the EU, please reach out to us at all@xdress.com and we will be happy to assist you. If you are charged tax by your postal service, please send a photo of the customs receipt, so we can provide a refund. 

Please note this only applies to EU orders.  Orders outside of the EU and UK are sent DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), and the buyer becomes responsible for paying import duties
