Xdress has been creating original designs of sexy men's lingerie for over 30 years. We started out making lace panties to fit men in a small workshop near Bath UK, and over the years have become the premier designers and suppliers of lingerie made just for men.
We search the world for the finest and softest stretchy fabrics and laces that are more commonly found in women's underwear, and transform them into the most sensuous lingerie for men available anywhere.
Our products are now designed in-house in our Arizona USA studios, and are unique to us, and not sold elsewhere. But if you are in the UK or Europe, do not despair, we have a UK warehouse in Devon that ships orders placed on Xdress.co.uk.
Xdress packages are totally discreet, there is no mention of Xdress on the package or label, and of course we never ever sell or share our mailing list.

All orders are sent in discreet plain mailing envelopes or boxes with your name and address label affixed to the front. Our company name does not appear in full on the outside of packages sent by mail. The sender on the return address reads “BA” only. There is no other indication at all as to what is in your package. Additionally your credit card statement will show the charge is from "XD-UK".
As all manufacturers have different sizing standards, you may not be the same size in our products as you are in another company's clothing. Please see our size chart which can be viewed on each product page for proper sizing of an item. For tank tops and bodysuits, we suggest determining the size by your chest measurement. For all other items, you should use your waist measurement. Our styles tend to follow European standards, where items are designed to be low on the waist and figure hugging. If you are more comfortable with a looser fit or are between sizes, you should order a size up.
To UK addresses we offer Free Royal Mail Trackable 2 day shipping for orders of £50+. For UK orders under £50 the flat rate 2-day shipping is £3.50. Other faster shipping options are shown at checkout.
To EU addresses, we offer flat rate shipping of £7.25 for orders over £50 (£7.95 on orders under £50).
To the rest of the world, flat rate tracked shipping is available at £10.95.
Due to our current shipping procedures, we are unable to process order changes or address changes once an order has been submitted.
Orders are processed by a third party UK fulfillment centre on receipt, and once this process has begun, your order is one of many being worked on for many different companies simultaneously, and the warehouse unfortunately cannot locate specific orders to facilitate any changes.
If you made a mistake on your order you can place another order for the item(s)/size(s) you wanted. As long as you let us know as soon as you realize the error, and reorder the correct items, you can return the original unopened package when it arrives for a full refund.
You will receive an email from us confirming that your order has been shipped and will provide you with any available tracking information based on which shipping service you selected during checkout. If you did not receive these emails please check your spam or junk mail folder before contacting us. You have the option to enter your mobile number at checkout where you can receive SMS messages to track the progress of your order.
We field these types of questions very frequently and unfortunately the answer is very nuanced and there are several different factors that determine the answers. First, we do not manufacture our own fabrics and so we are not always able to find fabrics that we have used in the past to make the same product. Likewise we can’t always find fabrics in a variety of colors. Second, if an item did not sell very well, we usually do not make more of the style and instead reserve this space for new items. Third, variety is the spice of life. Although there are some products that we have restocked for years after their inception and will continue to carry indefinitely. We have always prided ourselves on our constantly changing lineup of silhouettes and materials. Fashion is a very fluid artform that is frequently reinvigorated with new styles and motifs that are a product of their time. If there is a piece from our site that you haven’t seen in years, chances are we have moved on to bigger and better things.
Although we have some items that have a matching top or bottom, we usually never sell them in a combined set because some customers prefer to order different sizes in the bottom/top or simply don’t want one or the other. We will sometimes depict the matching items in our product photography to help upsell these products, this does not mean we sell them together. Please read product titles and descriptions carefully before ordering because we clearly state what item you are purchasing when ordering from a product’s page.
Unfortunately, we do not currently back order or reserve items for purchase. Our items are often of a limited quality and so to keep things fair, our customer purchasing policy has always been first come, first served. Our regular customers know that we announce new products as they come out through our newsletter emails and subscribing to our newsletter is the best way to find out when a product is initially launched or back in stock.
Though our business did begin as a mail order company, we no longer use catalogs as a form of marketing.
We only accept orders paid by credit card or PayPal.
We can't give product restock dates as it's always subject to change. It depends on so many variables beyond our control. To be the first to find out about restocked items and the launch of new products, subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on our social media pages.
We design the majority of our garments in-house specifically for the male physique. We do offer a few carefully sourced gender-neutral items that we have tested on fit models, and these can be identified by an item code that begins with the letter X. All other codes are XDress exclusive designs, made just for men.

Please be aware that all orders placed on the USA site are shipped from USA. Because of this you are likely to be charged VAT/customs taxes plus collection fees on import. The delivery time on USA orders to Europe are also a lot longer, typically taking at least 2 weeks with no free shipping option available.
The UK web site and warehouse are based in Barnstaple, Devon, and are totally separate from the USA site and warehouse which are operated in Arizona, USA. As a result you would need to create a second account on the USA site if you want to order from there. You can use the same email and password when setting up the account if you wish.
